Yeah it has it's bugs, but it's better than nothing at all. It still lets folks that are not as familiar with actually editing the XML make relatively simple changes. It also lets you see the window tree organization and a rough idea of how something would look in-game.

It's not a polished tool, it's more of a development tool. It's nice that they let us have it, rather than keeping it inside; it's more of a bonus than a feature included in the game.
