Have tried that several times and also having them re-send my password, which I never receive, even though I'm giving them the same email address that I received my cancellation confirmation at. The only options on that sign in/download screen are new account/parental controls/support / and search knowledge base. Neither support nor search knwldg base have any topics regrading RE-activating an account, and the new account tells me my station name is in use already-
Have emailed Sony but received no replies as yet.
