How to re-activate account?
 

Getting the usual help from Sony.... does anyone know how to re-activate an old account? Can't find a tab to do this anywhere- only to sign up for new account which proceeds to tell me that my station name is already taken.
Any ideas?

Just login to station (or the game patcher) with your old account details. It should directly put you through to the subscriptions page, where you can edit your subscription.

Have tried that several times and also having them re-send my password, which I never receive, even though I'm giving them the same email address that I received my cancellation confirmation at. The only options on that sign in/download screen are new account/parental controls/support / and search knowledge base. Neither support nor search knwldg base have any topics regrading RE-activating an account, and the new account tells me my station name is in use already-
Have emailed Sony but received no replies as yet.

There is also a chat support tab on the same page to chat live with a customer service person.
