I'm assuming lordebon's interpretation of the OP is correct, i.e. the guy wants to hit the number keys while hovering the mouse. There are only 2 windows in game which bind to the number keys, the hotkeys and the price entry window. The hotkeys/macros cannot access XML properties but the buttons on the price entry window can, so if that window worked it would be the only possibility create this mod.

PS: mob names are irrelevant since this is about healing fellow players, which have unique names and as long as they contain only ASCII characters can be scripted
