The truth is that there's no one answer to your question. There's very little in a UI that can make a guardian's task easier. I suggest you get familiar with macros first, and fill the gaps with individual UI pieces.

Most everyone else will tell you to use profit, or fetish. In the end, it's just a matter of what works for you.
