You can use an alias inside of alias but none of the aliases are actually evaled until final execution.

Eample:

alias first_command : 1 + 2
alias second_command : 2 * 3
alias final_command : first_command / second_command

Running final_command is the same as...
1 + 2 / 2 * 3
not
3 / 6
