Failed to download database

well since all my other internet and online apps are working correctly i'd problably have to say there is an problem with this particular program.

I'd really like to get this going, the suggestion from the other thread wasnt useful. I have disabled all my firewalls, The one in windows and the one on the router and still no joy.
