Well it's obvious, EQ2 is doing so bad they are planning to merge the EU servers. Consolidation with Vanguard is next. It's over, I tell ya, the end is near...

Um, sorry, got carried away. It's probably a mistake on their end, the easiest is just to do a search of your UI\ folder for all files containing the eq2ui_LoginScene_EUMerge.xml string and you'll find your culprit.
