When posting trouble you needs to post

1. frequency of the issue (tried rerunning the application)
2. steps you have tried to resolve the issue
3. what was happening on the computer at the time of the error.
4. did it download some files and not others.
5. the more information we get the better.

There is your issue, nothing we can do to help that. Normally this is just an issue somewhere between you and the remote server and tying again will normally work.
