Converting a certain Xp bar

Hmm, I've never had a problem with Notepad++. The xml plugin with the syntax check and "pretty print" works really well for me. I don't think I could edit xml without some kind of collapsing/folding feature. I've never had to use any foreign characters but it should handle UTF-8 fine.
