Converting a certain Xp bar

Fixed. It wasn't the window size, it was my editor. I was using Notepad++ and for some reason it wasn't working correctly, (which is odd because I've used it many times to modify xml files) I assume it was saving additional characters or something. Using the Vista default xml editor seems to have worked.
