Shigec, sure, go ahead, as long as you distribute it for free.

What kind of optimizations would you need to do ?. I have already made a number of optimizations for the French and German versions (most of those yet to be released). If you let me know what needs to be done for the Japanese version I can maybe integrate that as well.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
