Hotkey mapping to more than 3 hotbars?

Is it possible to assign hotkeys to more than the 3 bars/36 buttons allowed in the default interface? If so, can anyone point me to a UI which allows this?

I have 8 hotbars with all unique hotkeys... am I reading this question wrong?

I think he's asking for keyboard shortcuts to more than three hotbars. That is controlled by the game.
