Deleting Icon Labels on Hotkey

Looing at a newly uploaded hotkey mod by Bramwell: http://eq2interface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=4376

To rid the nasty labels I will show the net result of doing so in th epic attached. Labels = Icon Charges as well and unless you are ok with no charge counter display, then simple deletion of the icon text is not a viable option.
