huh? How are we dead? Just because I didnt reply to your thread right away? I'm sorry I had ment to reply as I moved this thread to the correct forum but was distracted and didn't finish my reply then forgot about it.

Currently we just don't see enough interest in AoC or the community needed to keep a AoC site going for a long time. We are stretched as it is with our current staff so we must pick and choose games we think will make it for the long hall to support. Maybe we are wrong?

I meant the whole UI mod community seems dead not just these sites. It seems WoW is about the only game with Active "NEW" mods being made. All the rest seems like merely updates to old mods.
AoC has like 400k subs (not sure how many will stay with it) From your statement i guess you dont think AoC will "make it for the long haul", I and many others disagree. AoC is a great game. Anyway it was just a question. I appreciate the answer. The AoC forums has a UI Mod section and links to other sites hosting mods and thatll do for me.
Thanks

Your feedback is always welcome and maybe you will see a AoC site in the future. It takes a lot of resources to launch a site and we dont want to take away from our current sites to do it.

i know this isnt really funny but you dont see a need for a aoc ui and there is no interest? wow i think you need to get with the times as i still see a vginterface and as i can see it that is a huge waste of resources.

me thinks you just arent getting coin from funcom to support your site. looks as if curse has taken the cause.

Considering this is the first request about it HERE, I would have to agree that there isn't much interest. And Vanguard had a huge pre-release following. If you think that it's easy to launch and maintain several websites AND constantly monitor all of them, then perhaps your thinking could go into better solutions of creating a website.

We get our "coin" from the ads we sell to display on our sites. Not from the game company's. Would be nice if the game company's showered us with money; then we could do more.

The issue isnt dead, I value peoples feedback and if there are many people wanting a site I'd be more then willing to put in the effort for one.

I've been looking for an aocinterface site. AoC had a huge following pre release and it looks good right now in subs. It's only been a few weeks, but the game is strong. It looks like it will make it in the long haul imo.

In the near future I would like to see an AoCInterface.com.

Right now the dynamicdata for AoC has not been released to the public so UIModders can only skin the UI, but they said they are going to go the route like WoW and make it really customizable.

Great game and
I am willing to volunteer my time for modding or anything else as well.

Thumbs Up aocinterface.com

I would love to see an aocinterface.com site. It sucks right now having to move around some of the other mod hosting sites for Age of Conan. The game seems to be strong right now and getting better each week. The developers are committed to patching and balancing and we are getting multiple patches per week.

I came over from EQ2 that I played since release and am loving AoC. I loved all the interface mods that were available on eq2interface for EQ2 and it would be really great to have a similar site that is layed out in a very organized and efficient manner, like this site is.

There is obviously no way to know at this point what the staying power of AoC is, however I think that with well over 1 million copies sold they will conservatively end up having at least as many players as EQ2.

Anyway... really hope to see an aocinterface.com site in the near future so that we can have one central site (that is done right!) to go to for all of our AoC mod needs.

Regards.

I too would love to see a aocinterface.com

The xxxinterface.com sites is the best ui sites out there and most the most sensible and easy to find your around sites of their kind.

The aoc ui community seemed rather dead when the game launched but it does seem ALOT better now.

Default aocinterface

I check here every week to see if an AOCInterface has been added to the network. In my opinion, AoC is leaps and bounds more popular than Vanguard and there is a site for that. There is a site for LoTRO, that is popular, but mostly skin mods from what I've seen which is just what AoC would be as well till the API info is released.

We know it is difficult to launch and maintain sites and you do a great job. Conanmods.com is where I go for now but would love to see a site here on your network instead.
