Cannot run the latest version. getting an error.

I get this error message when I try to start 1.0.0.16.

Any ideas?

Did you install .NET 1.1 and 2.0?

I put those into google and can't find any links to download those.

Learn to search? Searching for ".NET 2.0" or pretty much any other combination of the terms of the error message you got it is always the first result on google.
