Character (Persona/Inventory) Window - Small Variant

Fixed Bug with selecting Tabs.
Added compact equipment Mode(Thumbnail Below). Click the S Button by the tab dropdown to enter it. To default to compact mode select Frame Only from window Options.

Fixed a bug that caused items dropped on the paperdoll when on the appearance tab to go to the equipment slot instead.

Updated to change the paperdoll background to more closely match the ui.
