Class Ability bar?

Nice Idea, tho I think having the same skills all on one hotbar may not suit everyone as for instance you said all fighters use rescue but I think and from my GF view who has a fighter she puts her skills in a certain order so having rescue some place else would not run smoothly,but having all non-combat skills in one separate window would be handy as this does save a hotbar ,again my GF she has all 10 hotbars full of icons and needs more lol(woman never have enough).
