I got it to work I had to change

Autolaunch Eq2:

C:\ProgramData\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\EverQuest II\EQ2.exe

to:

C:\ProgramData\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\EverQuest II\Launcher.exe
