Someone may come up with something better but you could just go to the User Interface setups area and use the return to default option. This should bring that box back but it will also cause ALL your windows to revert to the default, which does suck.

Did you perhaps close the window by accident? Or unlock it and then accidently move it somewhere else on your screen? Just a thought.
