Ok, found the issue now. The maps are not supposed to be downloaded by EQ2MAP, since these are SOE supplied maps. But SOE renamed the files and we did not notice, so we were referencing inexistent files. Mistmoore Castle had the same issue.

Sorry about that, should be fixed now.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
