This is a Sony bug that has been around for apparently ever. gm9 told me not to expect a fix soon =P

My group window does the same thing, it forces the health numbers to hunter green after a relog. I'm sure there is a way to pass the dynamicdata through a filter as drumstix mentioned, although I'm not sure about there being one in the persona window.
