I tried reinstalling it last week and I still am haveing the greying out. Just wanted to know if you fixed it.

no idea, but if you mean why won't they light up that's because SOE does not provide the data for raidwide impairments, please /feedback if you want that. I would love it.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
