I'm not seeing anything glaringly wrong in that image you linked, except perhaps that the one I'm looking at differs with the first difference being mine has no "Custom" page and differs after that. From what I'm seeing, your version of the guild file or uibuilder is not doing the last 3 subpages in guild and instead its burping and then continuing to load EVERYTHING else like its part of the guild page (which its not). Custom, ProxyActor, etc., are all what should come after MainHUD in the top-level.
I think you're using the old version of UIBuilder. On that line you gave is "
" -- two characters that the old UIBuilder choked on, as I recall. Delete your old uibuilder and unzip the new one fresh and you should not have this issue.
