If you've done the above and you still can't see either one or both of the new windows (this doesn't include the black box issue) try the following:

1. Copy & Paste the appropriate xml file from the Default folder to the Fetish folder.

2. Open the file via notepad (notepad++ is always highly recommended) and edit the 2nd line so that it shows: Location="300,300"

3. Save the file making sure that it saves as the intended ini file and not ini.txt

4. Log-in, verify that the window is now usable and re-arrange as desired.
