Oh... I just wanted to let you know it wasn't anything in your mod. It was my fault and a quirk in eq2. At some point in time I had turned off the maintained spell display (alt+m) ... and for some reason when creating new character ini files it shows all the windows, and then on subsequent logins it goes back to what a person has turned on or off.
