No problem. I had thought about making it like that but in the end decided against it. The reason is that I wanted to give the possibility to configure arbitrary macro commands for each subclass in my file. Had I built a table for every subclass and their spells at every level noone could have reasonably edited that table. Also I would not have wanted to compile that table, it would probably have to hold some 400-500 spells...
As for tier 8 - a number of files will have to be updated for that. The only thing that was been prepared for tier 8 for a while are the market window level ranges for the my class/lvl buttons. Everything else we'll just have to wait what things will be called and update accordingly.
