Doesn't sound like you fixed it, but in the latest version it works (just starting it up with the old config files still in place, not testing anything else so far). But yes, before it looked exactly like in those screenshots jnils posted.

Ignoring eq2map from the favorites works as well now, but the explanation on the msgbox that pops up is confusing (at least to me, I thought you would prompt me again if I click yes and remove it from my favorites if I click no). A simple "ok" msgbox should be enough I think.
