A fix for new bags?

Did I miss a post? Did someone come up with a fix on how to open a new bag? Since I think LU3X I have not been able to access the bag window that lets you open a new one. I know others/all have had the same problem. If I missed the work around ~ sorry. If not PLEASE work your magic and fix it

Oh and welcome back. I so hate when RL gets in the way of gameing §
