PvP Tracking Window

Right, I'm not asking to change the tracking window so it automatically updates if they are a Qeynos or Freeport, that has to do with the information in the incoming packets. Simply an additional button on the tracking window to do a quick /who on the person you have highlighted, so you don't have to type. This isn't any new technology, just a button that inputs text to your chat window.
