Would you download this?
I have messed around with modding in the past however I usually don't have the patience for fixing everyones issues that arise. I would like to know if I posted this on the site if anyone would download it and/or find it usefull in any way. Please gve me some feedback, good or bad and maybe even some ideas on what I could change. Thanks.

Personally, I have my setup the way that I like it so I wouldn't have a need. Having said that, the first thing that struck me was how crisp and clean this looks. I would be highly surprised if there wasn't a desire for this.

I, like the previous poster, like the crisp, clean look of this ui. I would download it. There is an abundance of information in minimal space. I do, however, have one question and one suggestion.
What is the resolution of this UI?
Make it available for multiple resolutions.

I think it looks sharp.
I'd also advise against trying to please everyone with your mods. I do read and consider any constructive advice people post about the windows I've done. But I've got an idea in my head of what I want the interface to do and be. If someone else doesn't like that - well, someone else has surely posted another interface more to their taste.
Use that as a motto and you'll be a much happier modder.

Crisp and sharp, I especially like the EQ2 button. I would, it has a nice feeling to it.

That is a pretty sweet interface, but I can't use it right now because of the resolution. My little computer struggles at 1280 x 1024
But in the next couple of months I hope to build a new computer, so I would absolutely download it then.
I upgrade my computer every decade or so if I need it or not

 Very nice UI!
I would most likely download this, toy with it some in-game ad see what I thought.
I play at 1600x1024 and typically only use one chat box. I do also like to see at a glance my other levels mainly AAs and guild, not really a crafter but that would be nice too once I get into it.
The text is kinda small to me, wondering if changing the size of the fonts would (mess up) the UI. The blue backround is ok but I prefer black, seems to make things stand out more and with such a limited number of colors for chat text, it seems to be about the best option.
Also I tend to scroll alot in chats...things I missed or want to reference back to... don't see scroll bars on the UI... are they autohide or just not there?
The main thing is that it is compact w/o being overtly small and it does clear off the top of the screen. There are a couple things I noticed but have no clue on...what are all those icons next to the Eq2 button? and the clock...is that local time or norath time?
Guess what Im saying in my long winded way is...
I saw it, I liked it, it has potential!

GOt rid of the scroll bars as you can just use the Mouse wheel I thought it just took up space (although if you have to scroll alot it can be a pain) I'll see if I can piece something together and have it up tonight or tomarrow. Maybe i'll clean some stuff up first.

 Soooo. how's it going??
Really am anxious to see your final product, been goin through the downloads and found a priest-group window you made...I liked it, I snagged it I hope it still werx!
Lexi
PS I don't use a mouse I use a trackball and it has no wheel which was one reason I was concerned about the scroll in chats. I am trying to get away with doing as little mousing as possible so that might help spark some imaginative idea's

I'm really disappointed that you decided not to release this. It looked very promising and I was very eager to try it out.

So Sorry
I am so sorry guys, my computers been down for 2 weeks now. (only chance I get to check this is at work). If I can recover my UI files from my roasted HD or find one of my friends I gave the UI to (very good chance) I will see about getting it up. (probably later than sooner) Sorry =(

any word on this ui or is it toast?
I would really like to see and use that ui some I have been getting pieces and parts and trying to get the same "look and feel" but it seems Im missing stuff or something because I just can't get it "right"
I wait in anticipation that this can be done, even if not by Cold. Im no modder by any standard so I been just messing with UI in game.
will post a SS when/if I figure out how.

Am I the only one with any problem here? I like the look of the components, however; all the action ingame comes at the bottom, or at least bottom half, of the screen. Covering this area with the interface is really not what I want to do. I'd prolly move everything around until I got something I could work with. But it sure wouldn't look like it does now.
Got no prob with the actual pieces; they look just fine. I have issues with the placement of those pieces.

Ifs funny how people see things so differently, the fact that there was nothing in the upper part of the screen, obstructing the view is what drew me to that UI to begin with. I like the compact styling too and from the looks of the screenshots everything is big enough to view at a glance when running or fighting and whatnot. As I said in another post about the only things I didn't like was the blue backround (I prefer the black to make things show up better) and the xp bar, I would like to see AA as well as adventure but that single bar would be good for when Im crafting.

I like the look and would probably give it a shot. My only concern would be, given the quote above, would you be keeping it updated where needed for LU updates? Hate getting used to a new UI and the next LU it's fundamentally busted in some way and I have to find another. ;-)
