You probably have an empty window of some sort there. I occasionally do that by mistake with an empty hot bar. Raid window can also be a problem if you have it open but are not grouped or raided.

Try to right click and and just close window.

One way to test that theory is to hit F10. If that area goes black then you have some window open but empty there.

(edit: oops, just noticed that your windows are all blacked out in your picture so you probably already hit F10. odd)
