I'm not aware of any custom UI's that have that info in the "Player Window" (The one that displays your characters health, power, and effects)

There are many however that show this in the "Persona Window" (The one that shows statistics regarding your character etc...)

ThorUI also offers what you're looking for.
I've attached the persona window here so you won't have to download the whole interface to try it out...

Note: If you're a piecemeal kind of UI user, the ThorUI AU may be a good choice as I do my best to ensure that it may work independently from other UI's.
If the persona window is what you're looking for I'd recommend checking out the rest of the features offered in the ThorUI AU.
