I am having no luck setting up my characters to switch from the camp menu. They are listed there, and I put in all the server info but it doesnt switch to my other account, and therefore no "detour".

Be sure to uncheck the "same account" checkbox on the shutdown screen.

The "detour" is that it will loop back to the login screen, where you'll either have to click on the character again (or to manually enter the password and hit enter) to proceed with the login.

If I find the time I might be able to automate this better but since it's working fine I decided to throw it in with the release.

EDIT: I suppose I'll add that you get the login screen as well if you run everquest2.exe instead of eq2.exe, i.e. if you bypass the launcher for quicker login.
