I used Alt-O and reset all my windows, but my start bar still isnt showing. I turned off 'hide windows offscreen' too, in case it was off somewhere. Is there a way for me to get this back (even via editing files)?

Also, what would cause me to lose this screen? Once I fix it, I'd like to avoid doing this again.
