Dunno, works fine here. Try to go to your ProfitUI folder, find eq2ui_inventory_market.xml and open it with notepad. Find the text 2.0.0 and replace it by 3.0.0. Might help. The next release will have a new market window with this included.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
