You might also have a problem with the borders not displaying due to their transparancy level. Check the settings on one of the bars that works, and make sure the bars that don't work are set the same way.
That was it. Needed frames AND titlebar chosen. Thanks! Great UI, the broker window is reason enough to use it!!
