Guild Window Issue with eXtreme UI version 1.12.6

I LOVE eXtreme UI!

Every update is helpfully reading my mind.

However it looks like there is one thing that you missed or changed it and i don't know where to find it.

I can't make new guildies patrons of my guild. The checkbox isn't there anymore.
