Personally I included it in my version. Some people like using the mouse for everything /shrug. Same reason there's a Map button on the start menu

Can add it to a skin without using a plugin slot.. Just add a button to the window_frame.xml file..
Make the OnPress event "/togglewaypointwindow"

Either way works good: Both ways, A plugin would be needed to make it show with the main EQ2Map Download(skin)
