heres how your UI folder should look

----|Default (folder)
-------|buncha default EQ2 interface stuff

----|bobsui (folder)
-------|Images (folder)
-------|all the XML files.
thats it. No folder named questjournal or anything crazy like that. Just images, and a buncha xml files.
