Standalone Enemy Casting Bar

This enemy casting bar should work just fine on Origins servers: https://www.eq2interface.com/downloa...tivitybar.html I believe DrumsUI also has a similar one.

Maybe it's time for us to look at making the DarqUI bar detachable.


PS: the file name in the zipped archive is a bit confusing. You will probably want to use the file that includes implied target, so remove the extra ".xml" in the file name before you add it to eq2ui_custom.xml.
