Maintained Spell Monitor window issue

Close the game, and then in the utility on the Manage page click Back up now. Then in the Delete Settings section choose the character's name in the first dropdown, choose Maintained Spell Monitor in the second dropdown, then click Delete settings.

Now log back in with the character in question and see if the issue is fixed. If not, log out again and Restore the settings that you just backed up (also on the Manage page). Please post again if this didn't fix the window.
