On the first item, yes it should be possible and I'll look at it.

The next two requests can both be answered with the same file. Unzip and drop the file below into the \UI\DarqUI_v3\images\icons\ folder. You will get the ProfitUI_CE hotbars and bags, and the queued hotbar button will have a more visible pulse.

Note that if you change themes with the utility you'll need to reapply the icon file.
