Check the log size of your most recently logged-in character. It can be found in EverQuest II\logs\<server>\eq2log_<character>.txt. If it's really huge, you can rename, delete or move it somewhere else and the game will create a new one.
Please post again if this doesn't stop the exception. If you need to disable the URL Helper, you can do so in the Notifier settings.

This was it. thank you. My mains log file was 1.3GB. deleting it made the error go away.
