Mercenary Window Suggestion - Suspend/Summon

I wish I could say, it happens very randomly where my mercenary tab will be up and open, but show no health and no power or timer but will still have all the buttons.

I can make one suggestion for helping where to maybe just steal the xml / ui code for it. The actual mercenary window under character flips between Summon / Suspend in this state for the button. I'll take some pics the next time it happens.
