I heard about a UI extra hotbar, anyone know where it is?

I am having the same problem. Some do not ghost out at all. All of my icons were added with the utility outside of the game. And I did check, and the ones that do not work do not have any extra spaces. Examples that are broken are:

Aria of Magic VIII
Dozekar's Resilence
Heroic Storytelling
Guild Buff
