If ProfitUI_CE is already installed and it is the default UI, copy the individual files from the 1080p add-on into the ProfitUI_CE folder. You shouldn't have to do anything else. The ini file should look like this:

cl_ui_skinname ProfitUI_CE
cl_ui_subdir UI/
cl_options_advanced 1
cl_load_ui_resources_timeout 0
