Target Cast Bar

1. Not currently. I dunno if I will since there can be a bar ontop of another. Possibly in the future.

2. They share the same window and spot, unless you have Player Casting bars turned on as well (default game option, also accessible in DrumsUI menu) then you will see both in the window at the same time.
