Missing "Instant Upgrade"

Thanks for checking! I just checked my other machine (thinking I had the same issue with that one) but it seems to be working correctly. I did a total reload of the Full install on the original machine and the problem still exists. Guess I'll drop a new video card in. Thanks again for checking out my issue!
