Woahh... free look/mouse look delay?

Did they changed something in the recent GU43 with how the free look works?

It feels like they tried to make it a smoother transition when you look around, but it makes it feel like I'm tripping on something, or my character is drunk

I like that it's smooth, but it does make it a bit hard to respond quickly around the screen. Any one else notice this?
